PMS (pre-menstruation syndrome) is a collection of physical symptoms, psychological and emotional processes associated with the female menstrual cycle. Approximately 80% - 95% of women at child-bearing age have symptoms of pre-menstrual that can interfere with some aspects of his life.

There are 4 types of PMS and each type has its own symptoms:
1. PMS Type A (anxiety) is characterized by symptoms such as anxiety,

menstruation. These symptoms arise due to an imbalance of the hormones estrogen and progesterone: estrogen is too high compared to the hormone progesterone. 4.
