HOW TO MAKE:
1. Marinate the beef with salt, pepper, and cornstarch, let stand for
15 minutes.
2. Heat oil, saute onion until fragrant. Enter ginger,
beef, oyster sauce, tausi, tomato sauce, and sweet soy sauce flavor,
cook until the meat was overcooked.
3. Enter the green pepper, red, carrots, and water, and cook until the vegetables cooked,
add the black pepper, stir well, remove from heat.
