Chicken Fajitas
Ingredients:
2 boneless chicken breasts, cut according to taste
50 ml olive oil
2 tablespoons lime juice
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, sliced
1 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp pepper
3 large red chilies, cut oblique
1 red bell pepper, sliced into matchsticks
6 pieces of tortilla

Tomato salsa sauce:
8 fresh tomatoes
1 tsp cumin
1 tbsp olive oil
1 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp seasoning chicken flavor
50 ml of water
2 tablespoons wine vinegar / wine vinegar
1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper
1 tbsp tomato paste
Spread: yogurt and mashed advocate / sliced
8 fresh tomatoes
1 tsp cumin
1 tbsp olive oil
1 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp seasoning chicken flavor
50 ml of water
2 tablespoons wine vinegar / wine vinegar
1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper
1 tbsp tomato paste
Spread: yogurt and mashed advocate / sliced
HOW
TO MAKE:
1. Rub the chicken with olive oil, lemon juice, onions, and garlic, let stand for 30 minutes, set aside.
2. Tomato sauce salsa: fresh tomatoes dipped in hot water for a while, then put in ice water and remove the seeds, then cut into cubes and set aside. Heat pan, put cumin until fragrant odor. Enter the olive oil, stir-fry onions and garlic until fragrant, add the chicken flavor seasoning, pepper, salt, and water, tomato paste, and tomato slices, use a small fire. Cook until thickened.
3. Heat the olive oil, put the chicken with its marinade, add salt and pepper, and cook until done. Enter the red pepper, paprika red, and yellow peppers, cook briefly, remove from heat.
