Farfalle Broccoli Cheese Sauce
Ingredients:
250 grams Farfalle pasta shapes or hard boiled ribbon
200 grams of broccoli, sliced according flowerets
3 sticks of beef sausage, sliced oblique
sauce:
1 tbsp butter
1 onion, chopped
2 tablespoons flour
500 ml milk
50 grams of grated cheese
1 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp pepper
2 tsp instant chicken-flavored broth

How
to make:
1. Boil farfalle until cooked, drain.
2. Rinse broccoli and drain.
3. Heat the butter, stir-fry onion until fragrant. Put flour, add milk, cheese, salt and pepper and stir well. add broth instant taste of chicken and beef sausage, stir well.
4. Put farfalle, stir well. Lift.
5. Prepare the dish, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve warm.
