2. Secondary
Amenorea, is the absence of menstruation for 3 cycles (at
Oligomenorea cases / number of menstrual blood a little), or 6 cycles after previously getting regular menstrual cycles.
Cause The most common cause of primary Amenorea are:
· delayed puberty
· Failure of ovarian function
· uterovaginal agenesis (no organ growth of the uterus and vagina)
· Disorders of the central nervous system
· imperforate hymen that causes blockage of menstrual bleeding, can think if a woman has a normal uterus and vagina.

The most common cause of secondary amenorrhea is pregnancy, after pregnancy, breastfeeding, and the use of contraceptive methods. If these causes can be ruled out, then other causes are:
· Drugs
· Stress and depression
· lack of nutrition, excessive weight loss, excessive exercise, obesity
· hypothalamus and pituitary disorders
· Ovarian Disorders
· Chronic Disease

Signs and Symptoms
